Introduction
The College Library was established in 2007 and is housed within the existing college building. It covers an area of approximately 7,000 sq. ft., organized into multiple functional sections. The library provides a well-ventilated, spacious, and air-conditioned reading environment to ensure comfortable access for all users.

Mission
To support teaching, research, and extension activities by providing seamless access to quality print and digital information resources for students, faculty, researchers, veterinary practitioners, and other stakeholders.

Vision
To develop the library into a modern Digital Resource Learning Center for the institute and its associated units.

Reference Section: Provides a wide range of reference books for quick and reliable information.
Competitive Examination Cell: Offers study material for ICAR, ASRB, ARS, JRF/NET, UPSC, and other competitive examinations.
Circulation Section: Manages issue and return of books, overdue charges, and membership services.
Periodical Section: Subscribes to various national and international journals and magazines. Access to a wide range of e-journals is also available through ONOS (One Nation One Subscription).
Digital Services: A well-established digital infrastructure with high-speed internet and modern computer systems provides access to 58 e-books and various online programmes. The library offers Online Perpetual Access Programmes, including:

J-Gate (Agriculture & Biological Sciences): Provides access to a large database of e-journals through CeRA.
Krishikosh: A national repository of agricultural research documents, books, and institutional records.
OPAC (Web-OPAC): Enables users to search and retrieve library holdings online.
Reprographic Services: Photocopying facility available in the library.
CCTV Surveillance: Installed for effective monitoring of all sections.
